2015 was an opportunity for me to return to Germany. Apart
from stopovers at Frankfurt airport on my way to France, I had never spent any
time in Germany. On my way to Bulgaria,
I recently had the opportunity to spend a day in Munich with my brother Jo.
As
you know by now, my prime interests lie in Food, Wine, Culture and
History. I must admit that one day was
certainly not enough time to get a good impression of what this city let alone
this country has to offer. It was
however sufficient to discover the city centre, indulge my brother’s passion
for aromatic tobaccos for pipes and my love of food.
Munich
left a strong impression on me and I was finally able to indulge in some German
traditional dishes and beers. I will
definitely visit this country again in the future. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy reading the
content of my recent visit to a most impressive city.
